Student Accommodations
Student residences are places that bring a multicultural experience and fulfil student needs. These places are usually shared with other students from different countries, which gives you a great chance to make new friends and enjoy a diverse experience. You will have your private room with a bathroom so that you can have your own space. We usually book these accommodations for you depending on availability. They are within less than five minutes’ walking distance from the college. If you are interested in staying at one of these residences, just check the “Student Accommodation” box when you apply for a course with us. We will handle the rest.
The student accommodation price starts from £280 per week.
The Refinery
Our Refinery en-suites offer a great living experience, just a 5-minute walk from the College. You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom while sharing common areas with your flatmates.

Homestay
Homestay is a way for students to live with local people while studying here. This helps students learn about British culture and practice their English language skills every day with locals. Living in a homestay gives students a warm and safe way to experience daily British life.
All our homestays are in good locations, either within walking distance of the college or on a convenient bus route (each bus ticket costs £2), so getting to college is easy. In our standard homestay, you’ll have your own private bedroom and a place to study, either in your bedroom or somewhere else in the home.
The Homestay price is £320 per week and includes bedding and meals out of college hours.
Depending on each student’s needs, the college could provide a homestay option that meets the expectations of both parties. This service requires extensive time to find the most suitable option; therefore, if the student needs this option, please let us know as soon as possible so we can guide you through this process.
Private Flats
Some students might need a private flat. These options are usually available in different areas of Leeds, and students can contact the providers directly. However, consider that some extra criteria are needed to let a flat, like having right-to-rent permission, which is regularly attached to a student visa option.
